Group Exercise

Core Coach runs a variety of group exercise classes in the Blackpool & Lytham St Annes area:

boxercise

Boxercise – A fun, non-contact exercise class to suit all abilities using principles from boxing. Generally involves a variety of techniques including shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups,  sit-ups and much more. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Abs Blast – Quick core workout designed to strengthen all core muscles. Involves specific moves, sequences and routines put together to give you a great abdominal workout. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Circuits – A combination of fast, dynamic and varied resistance covering upper body, lower body and the troublesome core! Designed to burn fat, build muscle and improve heart/lung fitness. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

IMG_2430Sandtroopers – Boot camp style fitness class incorporating all major muscle groups. Suits all ages and abilities. This class takes place outdoors on the beach (St Annes) between April – September and goes indoors between September – April. For full details including location please see class timetable.

Metabollic – Quick moving, full body workout using weighted equipment and body weight. Suits all ages and abilities.

Spinning – Indoor cycling class on stationary bikes. The class takes you through flat roads, hill climbs, sprints and races. Tough going but extremely beneficial and suits all ages and abilities.

Metafit – 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight workout to set your metabolism on fire! Tough but beneficial. Suits all ages and abilities.
